Returns
Customers may request a return within 3 days after the delivery date of their order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
We do not accept returns for:
- Damaged items caused after delivery
- Used products
- Products returned without original packaging
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within a few business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
If you no longer want the item after shipment, you must wait until it is delivered and then request a return following our return policy conditions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong item was received.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
